We are looking for a Solution Architect - Talent Management to be part of our IT Human Resources team.

The role 

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and integrated HR Technology Solutions that align with our Global Enterprise Architecture.

 

What you’ll do 

  • Ensure Architectural integrity, scalability, and security across all HR systems and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional teams to define and implement integration strategies between HR systems and Enterprise Platforms.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to enhance the HR Technology landscape.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Stakeholders and IT Product Managers, providing technical guidance.
  • Maintain architectural documentation and ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture and Security standards.

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience. 
  • Proven experience in Application Development Lifecyle (5+ years).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architecture role focused on HR systems.
  • Experience with System Integration, APIs, Middleware, and Data Architecture.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and Platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure...).
  • Experience with different AI models.
  • Familiarity with Security, Compliance, and Data Privacy regulations.
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills.
