Position Summary:
The Sr Tech Lead is accountable for the content ecosystem integration and development, ensuring compliance, implementation, and solution performance measurement & optimization. They are going to lead System Integrator resources and coordinating with shared internal technical resources. They will work closely with the Solution Manager as a peer to ensure that solutions are presented, approved and implemented aligned with business expectations and success conditions. This role leverages DevOps, Agile, and SCRUM practices to meet platform delivery milestones. By aligning technical solutions with business goals, the Product Technical Manager delivers scalable, compliant solutions that achieve impactful results in a global, multi-stakeholder environment.
What you’ll do
- Leads and coordinates technical development efforts across internal teams and external vendors for Content Hub and Brand Hub.
- Delivers high-quality, scalable, and compliant solution designs on time and within budget.
- Translates business requirements received from the Solution Manager into actionable development plans and technical solutions.
- Leads development of Proof of Concepts to validate technical solutions.
- Ensures best in class architecture for integrations landscape.
- Identifies opportunities to improve performance, scalability, cost efficiency of the Tech Stack.
- Stays up to date with Content Hub Ecosystem technologies, with a strong focus on GenAI, Agentic AI, Translations.
- Manages the Release Manager and Asset Migration Manager, ensuring alignment with project goals and responsibilities.
- Oversees resource and team member allocation to maximize productivity and optimize workloads. Ensures platforms meet all compliance, data security, and performance benchmarks.
- Conducts regular audits and collaborate with IT teams for necessary adjustments.
- Drives adoption of Agile and DevOps practices within the technical teams.
- Coaches and mentors team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Promotes cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams to ensure the successful delivery of business-aligned solutions.

Minimum qualifications:
- +7 years of experience in IS/IT, with Agile methodologies and + 2 years of experience leading dev teams
- Hands-on experience in implementing, migrating and integrating IT solutions (preferably DAM, PCM, PLM as well as PIM, MDM, MAM solutions)
- Experience in Cloud (preferably with one of this certifications: AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-900… or corresponding AWS certifications).
- Experience with databases (in the cloud and on-premises) and practical programing skills.
- Experience in master data modeling and classification of data.
- Experience in API integration, performance optimisation, and security best practices.
- Experience with integration patterns and methods like REST, SOAP, GraphQL; JSON, XML, YAML; Webhooks, Kafka, SQS; SFTP/FTP, AI Tagging Triggers.
- Knowledge of SSO, RBAC, MFA in Azure AD and other modern authentication/authorization concepts.
- Be an advocate of the DevOps & Agile culture and principles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools for automating software build, test, and deployment processes.
- Experience in leading and managing technical teams, including task assignment and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Detail-oriented + Documentation and Technical Writing: Strong skills in documenting technical specifications, system architecture, and user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Experience of modern key testing techniques and tools.
- Experience in modern iPaaS solutions like Workato, MuleSoft…
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience working with Partners and leading multiple Partners towards a shared vision.
- Cost saving mindfulness.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP Master Data Management.
- GenAI, Agentic AI, Adobe Firefly, AI Translations, NVIDIA implementation experience.
- Frontify, brand portals.
- Knowledge of techniques and tools for optimizing software performance, including profiling, code review, and performance testing.
- Data Analytics and Business Intelligence: Familiarity with data analytics tools, data visualization techniques and business intelligence concepts.
