We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. IT Business Analyst for our IT Supply Chain – Production Planning team in the IT Supply Chain Department:

The role

As a Sr. IT Business Analyst - Production Planning, you will:

  • Play a crucial role in collaborating with the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager to develop and enhance our product strategy through incremental improvements.
  • Have the opportunity to utilize your problem-solving skills to examine, document and test program development, process flows and specifications.
  • Have a key role in creating training materials and delivering training on product area to end users, deployment, and support teams. 
  • Support the examination and resolution of issues as part of the third level sustain.
  • Be an actor in a major planning solution transformation, in  a wide functional and Global geographical scope.

 

What you’ll do 

  • Support the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.

  • Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyse, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements plus test, document and deliver solutions incl. training to the end users, deployment and support teams.

  • Responsible for identifying security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and ensure they are considered in the solution design.

  • Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation plus support the analysis and resolution of issues as part of the third level sustain.

  • Work with business partners to conduct paper-based design, solution sessions, and MVP taste-testing all along the life cycle from business demand to value delivery.

Minimum qualifications

To excel this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of OMP Unison Solution and/or SAP AOP PP/DS.
  • Previous extensive experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area as well as IT experience including solution design, development coordination and testing (especially integration build).
  • Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

        

Bonus Points if you: 

  • Have knowledge of data and analytics platforms such as SAP BW, Microsoft Azure, and Snowflake
