The role
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Digital Integration on the Business Solutions Integration (BSI) team who will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, product vision end-to-end value delivery of his/her scope.
Product scope encompasses the Global APIM (Application Programming Interface Management) and EDA (Event Driven Architecture) platforms, which broadly enable digital capabilities and real-time integration at Nestlé. The Sr. Product Manager - Digital Integration collaborates closely with IT customers to support company objectives and initiatives. They are responsible for product ideation, strategy, delivery, marketing, communication, and evangelization. Additionally, they oversee continuous value assessment, analyzing value for money, and driving global adoption and usage. The Sr. Product Manager - Digital Integration delivers applications and services that support Nestlé's initiative to simplify the life of the end user, standardize work across Nestlé markets and businesses, enabling scale and competency. The Sr. Product Manager - Digital Integration oversees the team(s) developing these capabilities and the stakeholders receiving them, ensuring value delivery to other products and product groups.
What you’ll do
As a Sr. Product Manager - Digital Integration you will:
- Develop a Global Product Strategy and vision for (Application Programming Interface Management) and EDA (Event Driven Architecture) at Nestlé, ensuring maximum value in alignment with Corporate and Business objectives.
- Orchestrate internal and external multi-functional Stakeholders to validate and refine Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmaps.
- Define the long-term Business Capability and Digitalization Roadmap for the business outcomes the Product Group delivers.
- Prepare Marketing and Communication material to create a shared understanding of the product in particular on how to promote and sell it, deliver and operate it, and how to measure its success.
- Ensure and measure Product contribution to Business value.
- Act as a Product Evangelist and Spokesperson who identifies market opportunity and personas, develops and delivers corresponding Marketing and Communication plans that drive product usage and adoption.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, System Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated success in blending business acumen, and technical expertise to align product strategies with business goals.

Experienced digital transformation agent with a deep understanding of enterprise integration, emphasizing the API Economy and Real-Time Business Intelligence.

Ability to collaborate with and influence Senior Leaders, Business Stakeholders and Technical Team Members

A strong understanding of SDLC, Project and Delivery Management, Information Risk and Security Guidelines, and Architecture Standards that enable and Advance Enterprise Integration.

Experience in Budget Planning and Financial Management.
Bonus Points if you:
- Experience with Mulesoft (APIM) or Confluent / Kafka (EDA).
- Experience with SAP integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of various Software Development Methodologies including Agile, SAFe and Waterfall.
- Good understanding of Hybrid IS/IT principles and landscapes (SaaS, iSaaS, PaaS, iPaaS, IaaS) with one of the following: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), AWS.
