Position Summary:

Our Global IT Innovation and Enterprise Architecture Team is dedicated to enabling business architecture and aligning the IT landscape with business strategies. Through our Enterprise Architecture initiatives, we ensure alignment, foster innovation, optimize efficiency, enhance agility, enable scalability, ensure security and compliance, and drive standardization and integration. We play a pivotal role in leveraging technology effectively for a competitive edge.

Our goal is to establish a comprehensive Business Architecture framework that guides digital investments and strategic decisions. This framework will accelerate our digital transformation with impactful scale and speed, connecting business goals to capabilities, processes, services, data, people, and technology. It will provide a real-time view across our entire value chain, powered by AI.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Product Manager – Process Intelligence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of our business architecture engine and process intelligence. This role requires a deep understanding of the business architecture modeling and processes intelligence capabilities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the engine meets the organization's needs to accelerates the digital transformation and supports big levers of efficiencies and value.

What you’ll do 

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the business architecture engine and process intelligence.
• Support the development and evolution of the Business Architecture Metamodel 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive process intelligence strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure the engine is effectively integrated with other enterprise systems and processes aligned with the defined business architecture metamodel.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business architecture and process intelligence.

Minimum qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in business architecture modeling
• Strong knowledge of process intelligence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
