We are looking for IT Sr. Solution Architect, Legal, Risk and Compliance to be part of our Finance, Control and Legal Department.

The role 
As an IT Solution Architect, you will be responsible and accountable for managing the technical architecture of all IT solutions in the legal, risk and compliance, audit and internal control team. Special focus in A.I and big data analytics to ensure compliant rollout of next gen A.I Technology incl. mobile development. 
This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, Security, mobile development framework, automation, Integration with Microsoft/ SAP technologies, data analytics platforms such as BW/Snowflake/Databricks and the ability to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions.

What you’ll do 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions for integrating various solutions with SAP and Microsoft technologies
• Develop technical specifications and documentation for the implementation of enterprise applications within Nestlé development and architecture standards, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and standards. Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to next gen technologies (AI/ML, LLM, Mobile Development). Collaborate with other Solution Architects and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and modules within our SAP ERP landscape.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Technology and provide guidance to business stakeholders on system capabilities and limitations.

Minimum qualifications: 

• Minimum Masters degree required, Masters’s degree in computer science, Information Technology
• 8 to 12 years of proven experience as an IT Solution Architect, preferably within the domain (Legal, Risk, Audit, Compliance) 
• Strong Expertise in designing, implementing, integrating and documenting  end-to-end enterprise grade applications, databases design and management using Microsoft / SAP Technologies, 
• Strong Expertise in building next Generation (AI, LLM Modelling, ML and Mobile development, Chatbots) including technical documentation, security reviews, interface specification. 
• Strong Expertise in working with core Microsoft Technologies Azure Cloud, Power Plateform,PowerAutomate,PowerApps Power BI and Data Verse
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in architecture for large scale digital channels, working with ITOps, IT Operations, Managed Hosting or Cloud Computing required.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience with cloud architecture - especially Azure, GCP and/or AWS - (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS) with focus on scalability, security and integration challenges 
• Devops and agile principles work environment experience
• Experience with public and private cloud technologies, dedicated and multi-tenancy environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Have the ability to network and influence at senior levels both internally and externally.
• Be able to interpret data and explain business performance in an easy-to-understand way that tells a story to key stakeholders.
• Have proven experience of working in a matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaboration.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus. 

Bonus Points If You:

• Microsoft Certifications: Power Platform Solution Architect, Azure Solutions Architect
• Good understanding of emerging platforms such as Snowflake/Databricks in the context of reporting and data mining
• Experience in SAP Architecture incl. S4H, Interfaces, SLT/LTRS Systems are considered as added advantage.
• Experience in architecting Hosting infrastructure to include Enterprise Networking, Servers, Firewalls, Load Balancers, IP Connectivity and SAN Storage
• Computing experience in Azure/GCP and/or AWS in terms of configuration, sizing, performance etc.  Cloud certifications highly desirable
