  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related studies and experience
  • 5+ years experience in Power Platform Solutions disciplines including Applications Development, Power Automate Flows, Power Virtual Agents, Customer Engagement, Stakeholders Engagement and Agile Product Management.   
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments.
     

Position Summary

 

Are you a talented Tech Expert ready to join our Nestlé’s W360 team in Barcelona, Spain?  Our Agile & DevOps Launchpad team needs your expertise to lead the Low Code/No Code framework in the area of Power Platform to evolve the governance, adoption strategy and delivery model as well as to engage and support the champion and expert communities to drive the development and adoption of customer’s internal programs. 

A day in the life of...

 

  • Participate in the definition, implementation and evolution of the global Power Platform governance, adoption strategy, and delivery model for the whole of Nestlé.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise through trainings and community engagements to drive the development and adoption of customer’s internal programs running on Power Platform. 
  • Provide Premier technical support to enterprise customers for the Power Platform stack.
  • Give response to the needs of our customers to resolve break/fix issues on reactive incidents, requiring in-depth knowledge of multiple technologies. 
  • Support and work with customers on advisory cases to help them develop reliable Power Apps, Power Automate flows, or Power Virtual Agents to resolve complex business requirements. 
  • Manage and improve existing service to handle requests, from licensing and governance, to building apps, flows, and bots throughout their life cycle.
     

What will make you successful

 

  • Experience working with and developing for large enterprises including solutions from Microsoft, in particular Office 365 and Power Platforms.
  • Experience developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Platforms, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, ALM, Dynamics 365 and Admin Portal.  
  • Additional experience in any of those technologies: on premises data gateway, SQL Server, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Customer Voice, Planner, Project Online, Teams, Yammer, Azure Active Directory, Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Dynamics 365 CE, REST APIs such as Graph, SPO, and third party APIs.
  • Strong experience working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner with agile teams.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Product Owner principles. 
  • A strong focus on business outcomes.
  • Comfort with collaboration and open communication. 
  • Reaching across functional borders. 
  • Find opportunities to collaborate within and outside of your team. 
  • Be open to listening to others’ ideas. 
  • Proven receiver-facing management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote virtual teams).
  • Adaptable, flexible and dynamic while keeping a client centric approach.
  • Experience in coordinating, prioritizing and validating tech teams and vendors work.
