The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Service Management professional to take on the role of Tech Lead – SAP Change within our global IT Change Enablement product team.
 
In this role, you will lead collaboration with our SAP Landscape and Integration partners to ensure the seamless integration of SAP Change Management tools and processes within our ServiceNow Change & Release Management application. Additionally, you will ensure effective knowledge sharing and organizational change management to support our extensive SAP Landscape. 
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Define and drive the technical vision of the product, including application and integration architecture.
  • Provide leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design expertise across products and integrated product chains.
  • Facilitate and orchestrate agile, incremental delivery of targeted business outcomes (minimum viable products) in DevOps mode.
  • Lead technical discussions, foster knowledge sharing, and encourage collaboration within your team and across teams.
  • Participate in sketching sessions with behavioral specialists, product managers, and business analysts.
  • Coach junior developers and collaborate with operations teams to optimize the continuous delivery pipeline.
  • Implement solutions aligned with Solution Architect designs, ensuring they meet IT Consumer needs.

What Will Make You a Great Fit:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years experience in SAP Change Management, BASIS, CTS+ and STMS Solution Manager,   
  • 3+ years experience in IT Service Management with a focus on Change Enablement 
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
 
Bonus Points if you have:
  • Cloud ALM experience 
  • ITIL certification 
  • Experience in ServiceNow SDLC 
  • Data Analytics and Reporting experience 
  • Good understanding of Product Management
