The role:
Regional Business Solutions Technical & Production is End-to-End accountable for the global and regional applications used within the Technical & Production domain, ensuring that they facilitate business performance and compliance.
The T&P Manufacturing Business Analyst will be responsible for managing all Labour Solutions available (Indeavor Labour Planning solution, Line and Labour Solution and Capacity Management System) and also sustain the other Manufacturing products that are already implemented.
You will work together with Markets, Zone, Corporate and Design & Build teams as well as solution and service to:
- Roll out all Labour solutions across Zone Europe
- Actively drive and coach Markets and factories to improve adoption on those solutions.
- Coach and guide factory team to efficiently use the solutions
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive necessary improvements and enhancements
What you’ll do:
- Labour Solutions Deployment: Roll out all Labour Solutions across Zone Europe, coaching markets and factory teams to enhance adoption and ensure efficient usage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and implement improvements and enhancements to the Labour Solutions.
- Project Management and Support: Utilize project management methodologies to analyze business needs, document requirements, and provide ongoing support for Labour Solutions and MFG Products in European markets, Turkey, and Israel.

Minimum qualifications:
- +5y IT experience overall, +2y experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Academical background in Business, Information Systems, or similar.
- Good understanding of basic E2E Factory Operations.
- SAP PP PI and PowerBI knowledge.
- Knowledge of Labour Planning principles, ideally in Factory environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify business improvement opportunities.
- Excellent effective communication and presentation skills, in English.
- Strong stakeholders management skills at all levels, in a cross-function and global environment.
- Good project management skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Curiosity about how Artificial Intelligence can enhance the manufacturing environment.
- Conceptual understanding of system integrations (SAP, CPI, API’s).
