We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to be part of our WebCMS team in the Marketing, Sales and eCommerce stream.

The role
Together with the WebCMS Product Manager, Solution Architects, and Tech Leads, the IS/IT Technical Product Owner will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage WebCMS development to ensure Nestle’s internal LightNest  platform is in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, security requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.
  • Deliver an internal WebCMS solution based on Function and Market demands, including study phase, design, build and deployment.
  • Control the development progress versus schedule and budget; you identify and analyze risk management issues, and devise plans to minimize risks.
  • Coordinate closely with different project teams who have a dependency on our deliverables.


What you’ll do

  • Attend relevant scrum, project and product design sessions to understand the E2E flows across different functional areas.
  • Work with architects to understand and orchestrate the design choices between the different Process Integration patterns for fulfilling the integration requirements.
  • Translate the various requirements into the deliverables for the development and implementation of Process Integration solutions, following up the requests for getting the work done.
  • Ensure the proper delivery of sprints and releases with appropriate regression testing.
  • Ensure deliverables are properly synchronized across the MSE DesignOps ecosystem.
  • Work with the Operations Managers and Sustain teams for orchestrating performance and operational issues.
  • Coordinate integrations of the WebCMS Solution with other technologies like Chatbots, Analytics, Product Data Feeds, CRM, Campaign Management Tools, etc.
  • Help with vendor management through regular meetings with our key providers, as well as assisting on contract improvements.
  • Manage the roadmap related to Nestle’s internal WebCMS Solution.
  • Communicate effectively with our internal stakeholders about our WebCMS solution.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including Client Executives, Product Managers, and Digital Marketing teams.

What will make you a great fit? 

  • Minimum of 8 years industry experience in software delivery projects, CMS technologies and infrastructure.
  • Experience in project and product management, agile methodologies and solution delivery at scale.
  • Knowledge of Digital/Web solutions (WebCMS, Content Management, Consumer Identity and Data, Drupal, AI …).
  • Experience on enterprise level using Drupal as a WebCMS.
  • Experience with Testing Frameworks and Regression testing.
  • Experience with Multi-sites web development projects.
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve goals.
  • Patience in dealing with internal project stakeholders, both tech savvy as well as non tech savvy teams    Strategic and tactical thinking.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of client personnel.
  • Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in working within a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Experience in working with cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.

Bonus points if you

  • Product Owner Certification.
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Intermediate skills in Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with DesignOps and Design Systems    Project Management experience on enterprise level using Drupal as a WebCMS.
  • Experience in Technical Content Creation.
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence.
