Position Summary
In order to complete the IT solution for Human Resources Department, we are currently looking for a Technology Leader for Global Mobility.
Together with your Product Group Manager for Employee Lifecycle (HR Core, Time Management, Payroll) & Total Rewards, you will be responsible for Total Rewards Global Mobility product within this Product Group.
Below would be high-level responsibilities for you in the scope of technologies supporting Global Mobility area within HR Total Rewards function
- Define technology strategy and roadmap in line with function’s vision and priorities
- Design and implement new global Mobility technology – Equus for Nestle group
- Ensure the end-to-end value delivery (including user adoption) of Global Mobility technology landscape
- Be the application owner for Global Mobility technologies (Equus)
- Be the technology relationship manager for Global Mobility Function – acting as the single point of contact for all IT matters
- Be the ultimate expert in Equus/Apro technology within Nestle
- Collaborate with other IT HR Product Teams to address needs of Global Mobility functions and expatriates
You will also manage the software vendors / external service providers developing the capabilities in scope of your product.
Key responsibilities
Scope of Global Mobility Product is aligned with that of the Global Mobility area within Total Rewards function within the Group HR. Below is the breakdown of this product area.
- End to End lifecycle management of different kind of expatriates at Nestlé
- International transfers or national transfers that require special relocation support
- Contextualization of Employee Lifecycle, Total Rewards for Expatriates – including expatriation specific variations in HR Core, Payroll, Compensation & Talent products / systems
Your will be responsible for this product from “ideation and strategy” through “continuous value management” to “retirement”.
What will make you successful
- 5+ years’ experience in HR Technology especially with HR Core or Payroll systems
- 5+ years’ Experience in Global Mobility working with a Relocation Management Company, Tax Provider, Mobility Consulting Firm or management of an In-House Global Mobility program
- Experience in leading atleast 1 project that dealt with setting up Assignment Pro / Equus
- Advanced Understanding of Global Mobility, Expatriate Tax and Global Compensation and Payroll and Knowledge of Equus products e.g. AssignmentPro and Tax Cost Estimate
- Familiar with PMP, Agile, Scrum and/or other industry standard methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to influence without authority, create alignment, lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way. When required, you will also coach, define effective development plans and assess talent, building the right capabilities for the team and for the organization long-term success.
