We are looking for a Technology Senior Specialist Quality Assurance to be part of our IT Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Department (MSE).

The role

In order to complete our Digital Experiences Technologies Department, we are currently looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Technology Specialist.

 

 

What you’ll do
•    Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for delivery, aligned with industry best practices and standards.
•    Collaborate with the development teams and agencies to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
•    Design automated and detailed defect reports and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and trends.
•    Communicate test progress, results, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
•    Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
•    Define and enforce QA processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistent and efficient testing across releases.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and metrics for the overall Digital Experience ecosystem.
•    Collaborate with the development team and agency to define test plans, test cases, and test data for each release.
•    Conduct thorough functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the stability and functionality of the platform.
•    Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and identify defects and areas for improvement.
•    Identify opportunities for test automation and work towards increasing test coverage and efficiency.
•    Track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
•    Collaborate with the development team and agency to prioritize and resolve defects based on impact and severity.
•    Work closely with the development team and agency to ensure clear understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and Product Owners, to validate business requirements and user stories.

Minimum qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Proven experience as a QA professional, in a consumer facing digital environment.
•    Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks is highly desirable.
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•    Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
•    Do-er, hand-on attitude and hunger for process improvements.
