The Role:
As a Technology Specialist - Digital Adoption, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation efforts.
From designing impactful solutions with WalkMe to collaborating with global teams, this is your chance to drive user engagement, solve challenges creatively, and make a real difference—all while having fun along the way!
Imagine the satisfaction of driving adoption and engagement with our software products, helping the business achieve its strategic goals. You will oversee and drive the implementation of WalkMe Workstation, helping IT streams and markets to leverage the potential of this tool for SAP user onboarding, IT communication and other use cases.
What You’ll Do:
As a Technology Specialist – Digital Adoption, you will:
- Team up with product owners and tech gurus to craft Digital Adoption solutions that wow users and deliver business value
- Assess needs and use cases, design impactful and creative solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes
- Empower subject matter experts (aka content builders) with training, coaching, and support so they can shine as digital adoption champions
- Turn WalkMe Workstation into a powerhouse for SAP user onboarding, IT communications, and beyond—because we believe technology should work smarter, not harder
- Collaborate closely with our software partners to keep enhancing and shaping the platform’s functionality
- Drive agile development processes to deliver new features and functionality to ensure best in class digital user experience
- Set up measures to evaluate the impact of solutions developed against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set forth to deliver value back to the business
- Partner with our internal teams for Change Management, Learning Experience Design, Employee Experience Insights and Design to identify synergies and develop cross-product solutions and offerings where appropriate

What Will Make You a Great Fit:
- A degree in one of the following fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT Management, or Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an end-user-focused IT management role
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (we use WalkMe) or Change Management methodologies
- A proven track record of supporting applications and translating stakeholder requirements into features and usability enhancements
- Experience working with agile software development and project management methodologies
- Ability to train, coach, mentor, motivate, influence, and think creatively
- Proficient in communicating the business value of our solutions both internally and externally in English
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint, Power BI)
Bonus Points If You have:
- Experience in vendor management, demonstrating the ability to effectively oversee and collaborate with external suppliers and service providers.
- Knowledge of UX best practices, showcasing an understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to enhance user experience.
- Familiarity with the ADKAR change management methodology
