As a Transfer Pricing Analyst, you will support Nestlé’s global tax compliance by preparing accurate, timely, and high-quality transfer pricing documentation for our markets. You will collaborate closely with local corporate tax teams, Group Tax, and external advisors to ensure we meet international tax requirements and maintain fully compliant and transparent processes. The role:  

In this role, you’ll work with colleagues across countries to gather financial and operational information needed for transfer pricing documentation. You will prepare templates, review benchmarks, and support audits and advisory requests. What you’ll do:  

  • Prepare annual transfer pricing documentation for assigned markets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Group standards. 
  • Support Group Tax and local markets during tax audits, APAs, and other transfer pricing‑related requests. 
  • Develop and update templates, reports, and benchmarking analyses used in transfer pricing documentation. 
  • Maintain and update relevant data and processes to ensure alignment with Group Transfer Pricing frameworks and policies. 
  • Assist in preparing documentation that demonstrates the calculation, substance and reality of intercompany services across markets.

What will make you a great fit?  

  • 1–3 years of experience in transfer pricing within an inhouse tax team and/or a Big Four firm (documentation, benchmarks, tax audits, transfer pricing and international tax advisory). house tax team and/or a Big Four firm (documentation, benchmarking, audits, advisory).  
  • Strong understanding of transfer pricing concepts, international taxation principles, accounting standards, and tax rules.  
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; familiarity with SAP or transfer pricing documentation tools is an advantage.  
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.  
  • High attention to detail, ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy, and commitment to continuous improvement. 

 

Bonus Points If You:  

  • Experience in tax controversy work (audits, APAs, international tax advisory).  
  • Knowledge of Copilot and other digital tools supporting productivity and automation.  
  • Ability to interpret complex tax regulations and translate them into practical actions.  
  • Exposure to shared service centers or global capability centers.  
  • Additional regional language(s).
