The role:
As Transfer Pricing Operations Team Lead your responsibilities will include directing the team to analyze data and produce Transfer Pricing documentation and support of Transfer Pricing operational activities including audit support, margin management and evaluation of TP adjustments for all Nestlé group companies. This individual consults and coordinates with internal stakeholders, including Zone Heads of Tax, country CFOs, and Tax Functional heads. Evaluates and deploys appropriate technology and processes to drive standardization and efficiency.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise the local implementation of the Transfer Pricing reports (Master files, Local files and Country-by-Country report) in line with Nestlé's Group TP documentation standards prepared and defined by the Group TP Department and as required under the tax laws of the various jurisdictions in which the Nestlé Group operates.
- Prepare and maintain local Country Files; manage and coordinate documentation workstreams in TP Web-Tool and follow-up Q&A with Markets, in coordination with the Local Market and Group TP Department.
- Review the calculation of certain intercompany transactions (e.g. Overhead Recharges, Licences, IC Services, Loan and Financial Expenses, etc.) and ensure these are accurately reflected in accounting systems.
- Ensure reconciliation and transparency of the flow of information from source documents to the accounting entries and ultimately to the financial statements and the information provided to Taxation for tax reporting purposes.
- Assist the Legal / Tax Group Departments in the preparation of IG agreements (based on templates) and following through until signature.
- Keep track of compliance status; review dashboards for status and issues tracking; escalate issues; present to and discuss regularly with the Group Tax/TP Department.
- Prepare and review first responses to transfer pricing related tax audit queries in collaboration with local Market and Group Tax/TP Department and/or external consulting firm.
- Assist the businesses in managing transfer pricing risks and compliance in previous alignment with Group Tax /TP Department.
- Review and update Standard Routines and Promote and support NCE awareness.
- Responsible for preparation of service catalogues, SLA’s and other IG agreements, and KPI's.
- Ensure compliance with Nestle standards, updated standard routines and adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices).

Minimum qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Law, Finance or similar.
- 10 years’ of relevant work experience, including experience in corporate tax with focus in Transfer Pricing.
- Experience of global documentation projects and how documentation requirements vary by country.
- Strong understanding of current developments in the transfer pricing world to include latest BEPS initiatives and related impact and consequence.
- Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines.
- Potential leadership skills.
- Strong data analysis and good communications skills (both oral and written).
- Great stakeholder management skills at different levels.
- Resolutive and proactive person.
- Fluent in English.
Bonus Points If You:
- Master in Tax with focus in Transfer Pricing would be valuable.
- Technology fluency and project management capabilities.
