What you’ll do 

  • Identify and analyze business needs, conducting requirements gathering and scoping assessments to ensure project feasibility and alignment with consumer experience goals.
  • Act as a bridge between IT and business consumers, translating strategies, opportunities, and needs into IT product requirements while advising on optimal solutions.
  • Analyze and document program development, logic, and process flows; deliver training materials and support for end users and deployment teams to enhance product adoption and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Stakeholders to develop comprehensive requirement specifications to estimate costs, time, and resources for deploying effective solutions that enhance user experience.
  • Partner with business and IT to gather, analyze, and document requirements, facilitating design sessions and prioritizing initiatives that align with customer objectives and IT strategy.
  • Identify and integrate security and compliance requirements into solution design, ensuring alignment with business processes and risk management practices.

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role, including at least one successful implementation of a large-scale project in Direct-to-Consumer Digital Touchpoints.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with experience in breaking down complex problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience working on digital projects, including e-commerce platforms, web development, app development, web analytics, and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to define Minimum Viable Products and deliver them rapidly with high IT consumer adoption.
  • Experience working with IT consumers, understanding requirements, and translating them into solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities to foster productive business relationships, facilitate conversations and negotiations, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a Consumer Experience and Websites landscape.
  • Have a background in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry or the luxury sector.
  • Have worked on projects involving the following technologies: Commerce Tools, Chatbots, Blink, Tint, and review syndicators.
  • Are familiar with digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the context of AI and automation.
