Your Job:
Join our Nordic business division as a key member of a dynamic team of 16 professionals, based at our Finnish Head Office in Espoo. You will report directly to our Business Executive Officer for Confectionery & Food Nordics in Copenhagen, Denmark.
As the CDM, you will leverage the omni-channel category strategy to identify growth opportunities and key drivers using shopper data and consumer insights. Your role involves crafting a compelling category growth narrative that guides our commercial plans and collaborating closely with Key Account Managers (KAM) and internal teams to ensure alignment on our category vision.
Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills will be essential as you navigate the competitive Finnish retail landscape and engage with the Nordic C&F team, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain functions. A solid understanding of Field Sales and KAM challenges will be vital for your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of omni-channel category strategies that deliver customer growth
- Ensure Shopper & Customer relevancy of all major innovations and renovations
- Lead the commercial deployment and sustaining of Strategic Revenue Management
- Prioritize channels and define channel and brand strategies
- Gather, share and apply shopper understanding in category, brand, channel and customer plans
- Develop shopper-relevant marketing strategies in-store, in-line with customer and consumer needs
- Own and drive the commercial planning processes
- Demonstrate a strong personal drive with a positive can-do attitude

We Are Looking For:
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector in an international context.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
- Strong IT understanding and proficiency.
- Previous experience in sales, field sales, Key Account Management (KAM), or roles within the Finnish retail trade (either centrally or at store level) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic decisions.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- A proactive attitude and self-motivation to achieve results
