We are now looking for a dedicated Commercial Support Specialist for Finland to support our commercial organization.

Your Job:
You will be working in a team of nine specialists based in Espoo reporting to Head of Commercial Excellence Finland. You will be an important part of the successful collaboration across functions (KAM teams, Field Sales, Demand Planning, Finance & Controlling, Customer Service etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- purchase order process handling
- updating customer pricelists
- pricing maintenance and coordination
- arranging internal sales and other conferences
- supporting Demand Planning
- various other administrative tasks

We Are Looking For:
A service-minded attitude, strong will to support our internal stakeholders and a good eye for details should come naturally to you. You can work with multiple tasks with good structure and you have good organizing and prioritizing skills. You will benefit from ability to work independently but at the same time, networking with the different stakeholder groups comes naturally to you. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- a relevant educational background, such as Bachelor of Business Administration degree or similar
- a minimum of one year work experience, preferably from supplier or retailer
- great IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- the ability to work fluently both in Finnish and English (verbal and written)
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of SAP, VisualFabriq, PowerBi and experience from FMCG companies are considered as benefits.
