Your Role – High Ownership & Impact

As a Key Account Manager, you will have broad responsibility and ownership for your own customers and categories – including some of the largest accounts in the Finnish market.

In this role you will e.g.

  • Develop and execute joint business plans in close collaboration with your key customers
  • Forecast, plan, execute and follow up on customer plans and performance
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage customer agreements
  • Drive sales, profitability and category growth
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships across your customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Category teams to deliver winning customer solutions
  •  Monitor and analyze customer data and evaluate your customer activities’ commercial KPIs

This is a role for someone who enjoys end-to-end accountability, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You will report to the Head of Key Account Managers and work from our modern Espoo office together with a highly skilled and supportive team.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a strong commercial drive and thrives with responsibility
  • Has experience working with Finnish grocery trade
  • Understands trade dynamics and operating models in Finland
  • Has strong analytical skills and is comfortable working with forecasting and data
  • Has a relevant commercial educational background, with the ability to leverage modern tools (incl. AI) in decision-making
  • Is proactive, goal-oriented, and solution-driven
  • Builds trust-based relationships and influences stakeholders effectively
  • Communicates clearly and works fluently in Finnish and English
