Your job

 

As SHE Manager your overall responsibility is to monitor the SHE legislation and Nestlé SHE standards to ensure full compliance and coordinate required activities in case of gaps. You will provide SHE trainings for the organization, for example related to office safety, as well as plan and run the local SHE committee meetings, and coordinate related SHE activities such as office inspections, fire evacuation drills etc. Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Monthly reporting of SHE performance into our global systems
  • Reporting of incidents related to injuries and illness incl. risk assessments, route cause analysis and follow up activities to ensure continuous improvement when it comes to our SHE performance
  • Taking part in monthly SHE meetings for SHE managers in the Nordic countries and contribute with ideas, best practices and learnings to ensure continues improvements

 

As Office coordinator, you will be our go-to person in all office related questions, and you have a central role in ensuring we offer an attractive, inviting, and productive office space for all employees and guests. You will be the main contact to the landlord on any building related matters and coordinate with local facility management provider on cleaning, mail & parcels etc. You will also be responsible for:

 

  • Company cars administration and liaising with both drivers and the company car provider
  • Administration of mobile devices and subscriptions
  • Making sure appliances are working at the office and requesting service if needed
  • Access cards and keys

 

In addition, you will be the main contact to the building’s common reception and be the project manager for office projects at the Espoo office.

You will need to have an ability to work independently but at the same time, networking with the different stakeholder groups comes naturally to you. You might already have gained some working experience and/or have an educational background within a relevant field related to either general services, administration or the SHE area. Additionally, we expect you to have:

 

  • A positive energy and willingness to adapt to ever changing environments
  • Strong communication skills, in both Finnish and English (knowledge of Swedish is a plus)
  • Structure and ability to deliver quality work within short and at times demanding deadlines
  • A service minded attitude and a positive can-do mentality
  • A genuine enthusiasm for making a difference and contributing to the success of Nestlé Nordic
