In the role as Trade and Retail Marketing Specialist, you will be a part of the Nespresso Nordic’s Marketing team focusing on B2C and be based at our office in Helsinki, Finland.
You will get a large network internally, in Nespresso and in Nestle Nordics, and externally with customers and agencies. You will be a part of a team of 4 Trade & Retail Marketers located in each of the Nordic Countries and report to the Nordic Retail and Trade Marketing Manager located in Copenhagen. Our culture is one of teamwork, the team is in daily contact, sparring and aligning on various subjects.

As Trade & Retail Marketing Specialist your main goal will be to maximize the trade and retail experience both online and offline. You will be responsible for implementing the retail and trade marketing strategy in Finland in line with Nordic strategy, maximizing Nespresso's trade visibility and increasing consumer acquisition.
In short as Trade & Retail Marketing Specialist you are responsible for ensuring consistent branding in POS across our channels that align with our Nespresso brand guidelines.
At Nespresso Nordics we work with both retail and trade campaigns. Within retail you will be responsible for ordering, coordinating, translating, and implementing instore POS-material according to HQ guidelines and responsible for Visual Merchandising. On the trade side, we develop our activities locally after aligning on a Nordic Level. The role is varied, combining project management tasks with tasks of a more administrative nature including translating material to local language. Campaigns are developed for both for offline and online and you will manage everything from ordering to implementation.
The position as Trade & Retail Marketing Specialist represents a great opportunity to work with many stakeholders in and around our business. Along with tasks for the local market you will also lead projects across the Nordic Countries. In order to be successful in the role therefore, you will need to have strong project management skills and the confidence to manage a variety of stakeholders with various motives and interests.

Your experiences and qualifications
We think that you have a university degree (or equivalent) within business or communication and min. 2 years’ experience of marketing. You can evidence strong project management skills and enjoy the variety of taking on operational/administrative tasks along with longer term projects. You have experience within retail and/or trade and understand the importance of the consumer experience off- as online. As the digital part becomes increasingly important, we expect that you are digitally oriented and can optimize digital activities.
In the role you will be required to translate text from English to Finish, we therefore need you to be fluent in both Finish and English orally as well as in writing. We assume you are skilled in using Microsoft Office and in an IT-systems environment.
