Position Summary

 

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance management and execution of our factory assets. The primary objective of this role is to implement and execute a comprehensive asset maintenance program that eliminates unplanned stops, optimizes maintenance costs, and increases asset intensity.

 

A day in the life of a Maintenance Manager

 

  • Establish and control maintenance routines for timely and high-quality execution of activities.
  • Lead the implementation of maintenance methodologies across the factory/department.
  • Coach and promote breakdown analysis to address root causes.
  • Ensure availability of maintenance resources for routine implementation.
  • Provide input for the annual maintenance budget and track spending.
  • Develop a competence building plan and organize technical training programs for the maintenance team.
  • Support the implementation of AM pillar methodologies and coordinate production support.
  • Actively participate in bridging production and engineering as a member of the Local committee.
  • Lead the implementation and adherence to applicable standards.
  • Provide input for maintenance staff succession planning.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • ​ Experience in engineering management (maintenance, industrial, services, E&A), preferably in an FMCG-related manufacturing environment (minimum 3 years);
  • Minimum 2 years of personnel supervisory experience;
  • Experience working in multifunctional teams, such as capital projects and DMAIC, is preferred.
