E-Commerce Key Account Manager (Remote) - Midwest

Position Summary

E-Commerce Account Manager is responsible for relationships and sales of the full line of Nestlé Professional products through E-Commerce fulfillers and dealers.  Reporting to the Sales Director, the location of this role is flexible with the Midwest US being the preferred geographic area.  This position is part of a team that is focused on both marketplace and breakroom E-Commerce sales.  

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Call on and drive growth through key E-Commerce distributors- Essendant, SP Richards and WB Mason.
• Develop growth plans for ISG and Pinnacle E-Commerce independent dealers
• Maintain and service our existing business as well as generate incremental sales on our full product line 
• Partner with our digital marketing team to successfully implement new product introductions/listings on dealer websites
• Support channel trade shows necessary to support the business
• Develop strong customer relationships with all key customer personnel.
• Collaborate internally with digital team to develop promotional calendar that supports growth of our products on .com
• Be a hunter of new E-Commerce accounts/opportunities
• Develop and maintain account profiles and plans for assigned accounts.
• Prepare monthly activity reports (sales -C4C and trade-Exceedra)
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Meet established sales, trade spend and product placement targets.
• Deliver new business dollar target.
• Maintain a mentality where one is always searching for new customer and product opportunities.
• Update all applicable team members on activity and new product placements.
 
Experience and Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of experience selling food products – Foodservice (highly preferred).
• Travel Required – up to 35% overnight
