Position Summary

 

As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support the Plant Capital Program, Engineering, and Maintenance Departments, working in a plant-floor atmosphere. You will generate reports for engineers and managers in the department and assist in capital project scopes. Reporting directly to the Manager of Engineering, you will assist members from various teams in the Flagstaff factory and maintain communication with counterparts at other plants.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate, process, and maintain contracts and purchase orders for Capital Expenditures and Maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain auditable records program for the Engineering department.
  • Maintain Fixed Asset program.
  • Maintain contractor records and certification per contractor management requirements.
  • Create and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports as needed.
  • Organize, track, and report department objectives and activities (i.e., Miscellaneous Capital Budget).
  • All other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years’ experience in technical support or clerical role.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Experience with PowerBI or similar data analytics software.
