Position Summary
The Maintenance Operations Start-Up Leader will play a key role in managing maintenance aspects of capital projects to meet business, schedule, and budget objectives. This position supports the End-to-End Manager and PEM to ensure all planned maintenance activities are executed with high quality and in time to meet vertical startup. A key aspect of this role will be consistent collaboration with both internal and external partners including but not limited to Divisional Maintenance, Nestle Purina Engineering (NPE), Factory Operations, Leadership, and Vendors.
- Collaborate with factory on identification of maintenance requirements. Ensure local site operational Maintenance constraints are identified and addressed.
- Evaluate OEM Spare Parts Lists, determine equipment critical spare parts and ensure spare parts are procured and available for commissioning and start-up.
- Collaborate with factory and division on identification of PM Tasks by equipment.
- Create maintenance plans in AMM .
- Deploy AMM predefined reports to facilitate review of maintenance indicators.
- Ensure assets are identified for Functional Location (FLOC) creation. Create FLOCs.
- Coordinate with the Technical Store on creation of assets BOM and spare parts ABCZ classification.
- Work with stakeholders to analyze, define and document maintenance requirements into training-related materials and documentation for factory users.
- Coordinate with factory maintenance to ensure equipment, line readiness and safety (Factory Acceptance Testing, Machine Risk Assessments, Commissioning, and Site Acceptance Testing).
- Organize and populate the Factory Technical Library with OEM and project supplied maintenance documentation.
- Ensure the achievement of business objectives i.e., line performance, safety measures and product qualification.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- 6+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment
The approximate pay range for this position is $85,000 - $108,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
