Position Summary

Responsible for all batching operations to produce homogenous slurries and meat items for Glass filling and processing. In alignment with Act 593(B) this position is considered safety sensitive as this employee prepares recipes and mixtures for final product and ensures products are consistent with formula/recipes. In addition, this position operates, maintains and monitors machinery.
