A day in a life of an International Customer Sales Analyst (m/f/d): 

  • As International Customer Sales Analyst (m/f/d) you will support your key account manager colleagues with your analyses and presentations for their negotiations with the international discount customers. This will give you a deep insight into the sales job.
  • You will support the international key account management in the ongoing analysis of the customer potential in the international discount sector (more than 25 countries).
  • In cooperation with sales controlling, you will develop standard reports.  
  • Answering ad hoc questions and performing market-based analyses of the business (gap analysis / KPI tracking) are further tasks. 
  • From your analyses, you derive recommendations for sales arguments and prepare customer appointments.
  • Assortment and placement optimization will be accompanied by you.

 

What will make you successful:

  • After successfully completing your studies in the field of business studies or a comparable major, you have gained initial working experience in sales, preferably in FMCG.
  • If you have already been able to prove your fluency in English and intercultural skills in an international environment, this would be a plus. 
  • You are characterized by your analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers. 
  • At the same time, you have a good sense for the needs and requirements of our international customers. 
  • High resilience and self-motivation are among your strengths. 
  • Your profile is completed by a proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint). Experiences with panel data (e.g. Nielsen, GfK) and SAP are an advantage.
