As a Senior Demand Planner in the VMHS business unit, you will be responsible to develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan for a portfolio of products and customers, which also includes the full ownership of generating and maintaining Promotion Uplift Volume.

A day in the life of a Senior Demand Planner
- Collect Information and Assumptions about events, activities in relation to promotions, product launches, customer/distribution changes that form important part of demand plan
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage portfolio lifecycle, such as new product launches, packaging changes, phase-in/phase-out, and product discontinuation
- Ensure that demand is appropriately forecasted and maintained in all circumstances
- Demand planner has sufficient knowledge to be able to understand and maintain statistical forecasts in SAS Forecast Studio, supported by Demand Analyst. APO DP remains a statistical forecast tool unless SAS is not yet deployed to cover the portfolio. Combining incremental, impactors, Demand Planner finalizes the total volume forecast
- Train and support other Demand planners, as needed
- Act as a super user and/or expert in different forums (networks, workplace groups...) within own category/market and with other categories/markets/zones
What will make you successful
- At least 5 years of relevant operational experience either/or in Supply Chain (DSP, CS, SC Development), Sales (KAM, CCSD), Marketing or Finance (Business planning)
- Relevant operational experience and practice in some of the following areas:
- Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodology
- Monthly business planning processes and tools
- Roles and objectives of all cross functional teams (including all functions within SC, Sales and Marketing and Finance)
- Fluent in English
