This is a contract position providing services to Nestlé in the USA through a third-party staffing services organization. If you are selected for this role, you will be an employee of a third-party staffing partner and not Nestlé in the USA.

The hourly pay for this position is $15/hour.

 

THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTINGENT ROLE. Candidates will need to work onsite.

The foundational responsibilities for a Contact Center Coordinator, Contact Center Customer Service as the voice of the brand is to engage with consumers and respond to inquiries, complaints and praise using limited communication channels in general supporting one primary business within the Nestle Nutrition Consumer Engagement Service Contact Center. Engagement channels may include but not limited to phone, e-mail, live chat, SMS text, social media, eCommerce, ratings and reviews. Foster consumer loyalty while driving sales and market share through exceptional customer service, expert advice, nutrition and product education. Pull through marketing brand promotions, facilitate eCommerce product transactions, upsell and cross sell where appropriate in alignment with business strategy. Process quality incidents in accordance with FDA and Nestle requirements. This position may support a 24/7, 365 day per year engagement center and could require availability for holidays, evenings and weekends.

Location: Candidates will need to work onsite. Team sits remote currently if their internet connectivity passes a test. Planning on moving all employees back in the office 2 or 3 days a week, rest of the week they would work from home if their internet passes. Initial training period is 4-6 weeks working in the office Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. After training period is over, candidates will either work first or second shift.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: Minimum High School Diploma; additional education or certification in customer service considered a plus

Skilled in: Communication skills (verbal and written), Computer/systems knowledge, Problem solving skills
