We are currently looking for a Customer Supply Chain Specialist to join our Operations team.

Location: Gebze, Kocaeli

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Customer Supply Chain Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Drive service level and consequently customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high quality service meeting customers expectations and needs
  • Manage replenishment using information such as sales history, forecast and stock holding within the customer Distribution Centre/Store and Nestlé locations
  • Recognize and measure where possible, elements of replenishment from stock holding locations (Nestlé to Customer and Customer Distribution Centre to Store)
  • Optimize distribution costs by collaborating with Physical Logistics, Production and Transportation
  • Participate in alignment meetings with DSP and Generating Demand
  • Participate in operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of  the Vendor Managed Inventory / Co-Managed Inventory process
  • In depth use of the Vendor Managed Inventory / Co-Managed Inventory technical solution, including data maintenance and alignment with Nestlé and Customer systems

 

Which profile are we looking for?

  • University Degree required
  • Two or more years of preferably operational experience in O2C(Order to Cash) in a similar market environment or trade structure.
  • Additionally, operational experience at market/business level, in the following areas is beneficial:
  • Working for or with a customer in a collaborative environment
  • Working in other Supply Chain functions such as Physical Logistics or Sales support
  • Excellent capacity for a result-oriented and analytical approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint .. etc.)
  • PowerBI and Macro knowledge will be an asset
  • Fluency in English
