We are currently looking for a Import - Export Operation Specialist to join our Operations team.

Location: Gebze

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Import - Export Operation Specialist you will have the following responsibilities;

• Ensure reporting on time, Logistic KPI, PPI, Dynamic Forecasts, IMPEX Statistics,  All management reports for department etc and Sustain data maintenance of Nestlé order tracking systems.                             
• Single point of contact for 3rd Party Bondedwarehouse include investigate & supply all needed data for BW Management, reflect market environment  and advise & prioritize  the best options , KPI measurement, annual capacity; labelling process ..etc and ensure excellent service. Be the bridge between DSP team and BW   
• Follow up the import and export regulations, Provide guidance and advice (customs formalities, special permits, quotas, Authorized Economic Operator, Projects ...etc)                                   
• Evaluate Import & Export scenarios continuously and seek for alternatives to optimize cost and digitalization and sustainability project. Identify root causes of service failures and implement proactive actions to drive continuous improvement                                         
• Maintain regular weekly, bi-weekly, monthly review meetings with 3PLs in order to ensure their performance is on track and negotiate the current obstacles and satisfaction                                    
• Analysis of port charges & warehouse customs clearance times & Logistic Cost to manage regarding TDC projects.                                 
• Establish 12 month  capacity report of  import pallet forecast for ROH & Bulk materials as well as FERT products that are being imported to make sure that we have enough capacity to stock them in our defined bonded warehouses by minding  customs clearance time .                                
• Lead & Coach  Outsourced Operations team to eliminate the road blokes for IMPEX Operations                        
• SHE AND Quality Responsibility: All employees at all levels shall not endanger the health and safety of themselves, other workers, visitors or members of the general public.  They shall adhere to company instructions, procedures and systems and cooperate with the company in meeting occupational safety, health, environment and risk requirements.
