Customer Executive (Istanbul)

We are currently looking for a Customer Executive to join our Nestle Purina Petcare team who will lead to will mainly responsible for implementing sales and company strategies.

 

Location: Istanbul

 

Main Responsibilities;

  • Execute the business plans in line with the strategy for assigned customers to drive the overall business
  • Ensure achievement of agreed both Distributor and Customers targets/KPIs (NPS, TTS, Bad Goods, Forecast accuracy)
  • Responsible to provide quality and on-time information on demand forecast by distributor, report on market dynamics, competitor activities.
  • Ensure merchandising & display of company products and coach, motivate and develop own team and Distributors’ sales representative(s) and merchandisers
  • Follow up the stock level, order processing and secondary sales of the distributors and take action with the sales manager accordingly.
  • Give necessary information & action about PURINA products point of differences to the key customers parallel to brand guidelines.
  • Effective field management within Nestlé standards
  • Effective usage of POP materials
  • Apply shelf standards as determined by Nestlé
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies

 

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Trade Marketing/Demand Planning or Category Development
  • Fluent at written and spoken English
