In 2025 we are intending to hire two Manufacturing interns between May-July for 8-10 weeks.
As a Manufacturing Interns, you will be learning and growing while delivering results for Nestlé USA through key projects, systems, and people. Project assignments can provide the opportunity for the Interns to demonstrate initiative, work cross-functionally and gain knowledge and skills by recommending organizational actions that focus on cost savings or operational efficiencies. Each Intern will be expected to complete atleast one value-added project within the program timeframe
Requirements:
Engineering Sophomore or Junior year required (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering preferred)
GPA of 3.0 and above preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver results on challenging assignments
- Analytical skillset for data tracking and results analysis
- Proficiency in Digital & Microsoft Office tools preferred
Additional Requirements
• Comfortable working with people in various capacities in a factory setting
• Able to work in 2nd or 3rd shift when required for project assignments
This role requires the interns to spend up to 80% of time on the shopfloor.
