Safety: |
1. Understand the safety risks associated with job. |
|
|

2. Comply with all safety rules, procedures, and work practices. |
|

3. Report all safety incidents. |
|
|
|
4. Has read and understands the Safety, Health and Environmental Policy |
|
|
|
|
|
II. |
Environmental: |
1. Understand the aspects of the job that impact the environment. |
|
|
|
2. Comply with all environmental rules, procedures, and work practices. |
|
|
|
3. Report all environmental incidents. |
|
|
|
4. Has read and understands the Safety, Health and Environmental Policy |
|
|
|
|
|
III. |
Quality: |
1. Follow recipes and deviations at all times. Unauthorized deviations are strictly forbidden. |
|
|
|
2. Comply with all FDA rules, procedures and work practices. |
|
|
|
3. Follow all Nestle and GMP procedures. |
|
|
|
4. Maintain confidential information on recipes. |
|
|
|
5. Report all deviations from the recipe. |
|
|
|
|
|
IV. |
Operations: |
1. Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory’s electronic systems/PLCs and programming. |
|
|
|
2. Must be able to transport oneself to, from, and around one’s designated work area on concrete surfaces which are often uneven, wet, and slippery. |
|
|
|
3. Must have legible handwriting. |
|
|
|
4. Must be able to climb and descend ladders. |
|
|
|
5. Must be able to operate required shop hand and power tools. |
|
|
|
6. Must have related technical school training or the equivalent work experience. |
|
|
|
7. Detect and understand warning lights, buzzers, alarms, or instruments indicating hazardous conditions or circumstances which may cause equipment or product loss and physical harm. |
|
|
|
8. Communicate effectively with various support groups, supervisors, and team members. |
|
|
|
9. Work with, and be exposed to oils, greases, and solvents. |
|
|
|
10. Work in confined spaces. |
|
|
|
11. Push buttons, turn knobs, and flip switched on equipment. |
|
|
|
12. Must be able to evacuate an area quickly in an emergency. |
|
|
|
13. Must be capable of safely operating forklift equipment. |
|
|
|
14. Able to work at least 40 hours per week on an assigned shift with some daily overtime required in case of emergencies and weekend overtime required. |
|
|
|
15. Able to work in effective temperatures ranging from -05 degrees F. |
|
|
|
16. Able to climb and work at heights of up to 110 feet. |
|
|
|
17. Other duties as assigned. |
