Position Summary

  • Working flexible shift hours.
  • Support NCE/TPM in the factory, to include participation in NCE meeting (SHO, DOR, WOR etc.) and MWG participation.
  • Gains knowledge on all basic production equipment in the plant.
  • Performs final assemblies on all equipment and pre-flight.
  • Maintains equipment by the use of PM systems.
  • Maintains accurate, precise records where required.  This to include equipment logs,    communication logs, P.M. sheets, job orders, etc.
  • Anticipates problems and takes corrective action prior to equipment failure.
  • Performs basic mechanic adjustments.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of prior Industrial mechanical experience required.
  • Basic computer experience required.
  • TPM experience preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems.
  • Must be willing to work days or nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Show basic knowledge of lubrication, fasteners and correct use of tools.
  • Show ability to operate and assemble equipment, make adjustments and minor repairs.
  • Lifting requirements exterting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently.
