Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager to join our Nestlé Health Science business, reporting into the  Marketing Manager for Consumer Care (Nutritional Supplement brands: Vital Proteins, Minami, Optifibre, Meritene, and more). You will manage two of our brands with a high level of ownership and autonomy to drive growth in the UK & Irish markets.

A day in the life of...

As a Brand Manager in Consumer Care, you will be challenged to think innovatively and push boundaries to drive growth for our brands. You will build on momentum of acquired brands, bringing to life concepts and strategies that will grow these brands in the UK & Irish markets. Your day to day will have huge variety and will require strong time management skills. You will:

 

  • Develop 12-18 month brand strategy including 360 degree communication plans, new product launches, and direct-to-consumer website activity
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders including global brand teams, regulatory, technical packaging, and finance; and external stakeholders including agency partners and retail customers
  • Work with the Sales team (Head Office and field sales force) to ensure holistic brand communication and messaging across all touchpoints
  • Analyse marketing activity and sales performance across a number of data & analytic platforms, and turning insights into action for marketing and sales teams
  • Ongoing budget management for your brands
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to launch exciting marketing campaigns, brand and product launches, and more.  
     

What will make you successful

To be successful in this role you will already have some fantastic marketing experience under your belt, ideally within a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role and ideally working on healthcare, nutrition or wellness brand(s). You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for the brand, you will have great project management skills and be highly organised. You will have: 

 

  • Brand building experience, including campaign briefing & execution
  • In depth understanding of 360 marketing strategies including social media, influencer, experiential
  • Experience influencing & managing internal and external stakeholders (agency partners preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to read and analyse data, turning insights into action
  • Experience in P&L Management or finance
  • Be energised by a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt well to change and new information
