Position Summary

The Nespresso team are recruiting for a talented CRM Campaign Specialist who will be responsible for all email, push and direct mail deployment using Adobe Campaign, setting up tests, and subsequent campaign/test analysis

A day in the life of a CRM Campaign Specialist

As a CRM Campaign Specialist at Nespresso, you will be responsible for the overall workflow management of all B2C and B2B campaigns. You will:

  • Create and optimize advanced campaign and technical workflows, including tests & controls, ensuring the industry best practices are always met and requirements of the stakeholder delivered
  • Work closely with CRM Insights Specialist to understand the targeting segmentation for each direct-to-customer communication, and either dynamically target within Adobe Campaign database or extract data from Data Warehouse for targeting.
  • Support in the personalisation roadmap aligned with the Operating Plan strategy, including a capability roadmap which looks at optimal processes for delivering the plan and bringing external innovations to the team
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align on best practices, troubleshoot, share and drive continual optimisation and automation
  • Identify any system or data issues in a timely manner and liaise closely with HQ and Campaign Factory (deployment agency) to identify root cause and derive resolution.
  • Collaborate with campaign operations and campaign managers and provide guidance for alternatives with regards to Adobe Campaign, including managing the workflow prioritisation and timings
  • Ensure data management and QC processes are in place, acting as a GDPR champion for Nespresso and data extracted for campaigns is both accurate and clean

What will make you successful

The successful candidate will have proven experience of campaign tools such as Adobe, Salesforce or Unica and be able to build complex campaign workflows.  Previous experience querying database using SQL to select correct data is beneficial.  

 

You’ll have a solutions focused mindset and the ability to work autonomously, in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

 

You will also:

  • Have a working knowledge of Excel
  • Have experience working with campaign managers with clear understanding of database marketing.
  • Have effective stakeholder management, including managing expectations
  • Be highly data-focussed: This role involves high level of interaction with customer data, so you will be comfortable with large dataset processing, analysis and interpretation
  • Have an analytical way of working: This role involves understanding customer data, segmentation, test setup, and constructing workflows
  • Have an eye for accuracy: This role is responsible for targeted customer communication and test setup, so attention to detail of target data and test structure is key.
