Position Summary

Here at Nestlé Health Science (NHSc) we are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team based at our Head Office, in Gatwick. Reporting into the Digital Manager this role would suit somebody looking to truly accelerate their experience further within the ever evolving digital space.

A day in the life of...

You will support the successful implementation of our local and global e-business strategy for NHSc, by playing a key role in the development of our digital ecosystem and the role digital plays within our business. You’ll execute local digital campaigns working closely across a number of different business areas such as Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory to support our business’s growth plans. You’ll play a pivotal role in the development of our digital engagement strategies to create attractive and rewarding brand experiences for both our customers and potential customers.

 

You’ll also: 

  • Work closely with the NHS Digital Manager for the UK&I and our global team to develop strategies that drive our online traffic to all of our NHS platforms.
  • Leverage insights from local social listening tools through analytics, to develop best practices whilst providing recommendations to improve our e-business strategy, helping us strive for world class in everything we do.
  • Play a pivotal role in tracking all KPI’s in this space, providing clear insight to ensure alignment of current and future plans, always striving to improve.
  • Foster great relationships with external agencies and various corporate teams across Nestlé, focusing on alignment so all our communications and campaigns are working hard to enhance the image of our brand portfolio.
  • Create a suite e-content materials and toolkits for e-retailers in collaboration with our and Marketing teams to ensure 360º campaign alignment. Also focusing on buy now activation through all our touchpoints.
  • Promote digital knowledge across the business through coaching helping to accelerate our local digital transformation ambitions.
  • Drive ways of working that allows us, NHS to determine the effectiveness of our e-business strategies in line with our wider business strategy.
What will make you successful

The successful candidate you will already have a breadth of digital marketing experience whether that be in a similar business to us or digital advertising agency. Coupled with this you’ll:

  • Have knowledge of building and managing websites as well as search and social media marketing channels.
  • Be proficient in analytics techniques and tools such as Google analytics and Social Studio.
  • Have basic knowledge of HTML as well as content management systems such as Drupal.
  • Be able to demonstrate your experience of managing complex campaigns from concept through to post campaign analysis including detailed reporting that adds value to future campaigns.

 

You’ll thrive when working with stakeholders across all levels coupled with your ability to truly understand our businesses from a commercial standpoint. You’ll have fantastic communication skills and understand how your decisions impact our market business strategy. You’ll love working in an environment that isn’t always black and white, being able to navigate both yourself and stakeholders to a positive solution. And lastly you’ll know the importance of being able to work successfully in situations that can often be pressured.
