Internal Communications Advisor– Part Time (22.5 hrs)
Location – Gatwick (Hybrid working)
£21,280 + potential bonus + fantastic benefits + pension, holidays + additional flex days

The role requires travel to our Factories - Buxton, Derbyshire (typica monthly) and Princes Gate, Pembrokeshire (typically quarterly)
Position Summary
We’ve a great opportunity to join the Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Team as the Internal Communications Advisor within in our Nestlé Waters and Healthy Beverages category in the UK, working across 3 locations - our Gatwick head office and operations sites in Buxton, Derbyshire and Princes Gate, Pembrokeshire. We have over 300 people working across our sites and engaging with them is key to building trust and enabling the success of our business – people are at the heart of what we do.
It’s an exciting time in our business and we’re looking for someone who can support us with engaging our people in our journey. You’ll work closely with the Nestlé Waters wider team, supporting us in the delivery of our regular programme of internal communications and events. You’ll bring high levels of energy to positively build organisational reputation by bringing more of our amazing stories to life with our people.

A day in the life of an Internal Communications Advisor
As the Internal Communications Advisor, you will support a positive employee experience where our people feel informed, connected, and inspired by the company and the work they do.
You will;
- Support the delivery of our programme of internal communications with Nestlé tone of voice that drives employee engagement
- Create, manage, and deliver content and stories through our primary internal communications channels including our newsletters, SharePoint Hubs, WorkPlace channels and others
- Measure success
- Bring creative ideas that helps to excite and bring our people closer to the business
- Represent Waters UK at Waters Europe and Market Communications planning calls
- Ensure messages are engaging, accurate, clear, and aligned with business needs.
- Champion storytelling that reflects and enhances our culture to make sure Nestlé is a great place to be
- Partner with and represent needs of HR and Operational sites in internal communications planning and delivery.
- Support the Waters’ Donation process, liaising with the cross functional team to provide effective service internally and to the external recipients
What will make you successful?
The successful candidate will be keen on developing their experience in an Internal Communications role, and it goes without saying you will have exceptional communication skills. You will be passionate, energetic and keep up to date with communication best practices, new developments, and innovation.

- Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentation skills
- The ability to write clearly and concisely for a range of different channels and media
- The ability to build colleague networks across the business
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with good levels of emotional intelligence
- A ‘can do’ and pragmatic attitude towards delivery
