Customer Business Manager – Tesco Food & Dairy, Gatwick

Up to £65,000 depending on experience + 17% Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

As the result of a forthcoming succession plan move, we are now actively looking for a Customer Business Manager to lead our Food and Dairy Tesco account team.

A day in the life of...

 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a major customer relationship and delivering sustainable, profitable growth. You will have the opportunity to develop critical experiences, which will enable the successful candidate to accelerate their career towards potential further senior level opportunity in the years ahead.

 

Over the next 3 years our Food and Dairy business in the UK will transform its position in the market with a focus on entering new categories. As the Tesco Lead Business Manager, you will have a unique leadership opportunity to develop the established portfolio, as well as work with a cross functional team to launch category leading innovation and renovation across both developed and emerging categories.

What will make you successful

 

You will be an exceptional business manager who has led the development of customer relationships to deliver winning results for both the customer and Nestlé.

 

You will have the ability to think strategically, demonstrating a highly developed understanding of how to unlock Omni channel opportunities. An ability to communicate clearly and simplify complex problems is desired, as you will need to influence internally to secure winning propositions for your customer.

 

Leadership skills are key in this role. You will have one direct report and you will lead a cross functional matrix of contacts to develop winning plans with Tesco.

 

Externally this role is a great opportunity to develop your networking and influencing skills across our customer’s contact matrix where strong relationships are highly valued.

 

You will be experienced in creating, selling and executing winning joint business plans.

Due to the nature of the roles, travel across the UK will be essential.
