Position Summary

Nespresso are looking for a talented Communications Manager to join them on a temporary basis who will be sesponsible for the creation & development of ATL and BTL campaign materials and experiences to drive the Nespresso brand. They will ensure consistency in visual identity and tone-of-voice for all our communication materials as well as be the guardian of the brand visual identity and tone-of-voice. Not only this they will play an active role in the overall strategy of the brand.

A day in the life of...

As a Communications Manager at Nespresso you will be responsible for:

 

ATL & BTL campaign materials for B2C

  • Localising global key messages and ATL-campaigns  
  • Adaptating (ATL-only) campaigns into full 360 campaigns, incl. materials for digital and performance campaigns
  • Supporting the adaptation and creation of all BTL communication
  • Being the guardian of full 360 campaign, ensuring through-the-line consistency in visual identity and tone-of-voice.

 

Content creation

  • Cooperating with media partners for short program items, advertorials and/or native advertising
  • Developing video content for social media and/or campaign websites
  • Photoshoots for (local) campaigns, incl. assets for social media, campaign websites and CRM;
  • Recording of voice-over for TV and radio commercials, videos and campaign websites
  • Working with creative agencies, HQ, Marketing & external Marketing departments for development and translation of POS materials (incl brochures) and CRM materials 

 

Guardian of the brand visual identity and tone-of-voice

  • Ensuring consistency in wording and style of written text
  • Delivering input for and validation of all materials created outside the Marketing department
  • Being the guardian of the rights of all visuals in use in communication
  • Supporting the creation, adaptation and consistent use of icons

 

Create and manage 360 campaigns, focusing on but not limited to

  • Working closely with the brand communication manager to identify the right strategies for the brand
  • Developing and executing Digital campaigns, social (advertising) calendar and assets and Direct Marketing
  • Supporting the development & execution of Trade & Retail materials
  • Managing agencies and budgets
     

What will make you successful

The successful candidate will bring with them a wealth of experience in in marketing and communication. They will have strong experience in Brand management (preferably as a Senior Brand Manager) and ideally by leading brands in the FMCG or Luxury industry. As well as a proven track record in managing successful through-the-line campaigns, incl. ‘traditional’ media as well as digital media they will also have excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver high quality work in short deadlines. They will also:

 

  • Be strong in driving & inspiring external creative agencies and stakeholder-/project management; 
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Have a conceptually and creatively strong eye for detail; 
  • Have excellent English in speech and written
  • Possess exceptional communication skills
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communication or other relevant area
