PA and Comms Assistant to MD – Fixed-term contract - Maternity Cover

Position Summary

 

We are now recruiting for a PA to provide comprehensive and highly confidential secretarial business support to the BEO of our Nestlé Waters business, ensuring effective diary and administrative management. In addition, this position will also require Internal Communications Support.

A day in the life of...

 

Providing day to day support to the Nestlé Waters BEO, you will be highly organised, have good attention to detail, ability to problem solve and to make decisions with confidence in relation to the business priorities and the BEO’s requirements.

Duties will include:

 

  • Diary and email management
  • Providing a level of support to the wider Senior Leadership Team
  • Arrange all travel local and international and accommodation requirements and produce relevant itineraries and required information
  • Ensure expenses are completed
  • Ensuring all presentations and information is available for scheduled meetings
  • Preparation of basic presentations, reports and letters as appropriate
  • Pre-empting the information required for meetings and preparing and providing this in advance
  • Organisation of events, conferences and zone visits as required
  • Work and build rapport with external connections
  • Oversee storeroom management and staff water supplies

Internal Communications support to include:

  • Support Head of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability with Internal Communications on ad-hoc basis
  • Managing the compilation and distribution of the internal employee newsletter, including writing, and editing content
  • Communications and Enquires Inbox Management
  • Monthly business “Huddle” coordination
  • Info Hub Management

The successful candidate will be a seasoned PA who is a self-motivated individual, enjoys a challenge and is willing to take ownership and accountability? You will also be a logical thinker, highly organised, trustworthy, driven, and comfortable with multi- tasking and dealing with ambiguity. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in the communication field.

You will also;

 

  • Proven PA / Secretarial experience
  • IT skills and knowledge throughout MS Office Suite and particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Possess excellent organisation and planning skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion with a strong sense of integrity
  • Have a customer-centric, proactive approach with resilience and flexibility
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels
  • Possess strong upward management skills
  • Good writing and proof-reading skills
