Position Summary
We want you to ‘Make your Moment with NESCAFÉ”. A day in the life of...
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will oversee the integration of ebusiness into Coffee and create the Coffee UK&I annual plan, with close alignment with the Zone, defining the priorities within each pillar, tactics to win and measures of success.
Other key responsibilities include:
• DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION - Identify data or technology initiatives to benefit the category, create a roadmap and associated KPIs to monitor. Identifying opportunities for data acquisition and development of data use cases.
• BUILDING CAPABILITY - Category lead for Global eBusiness Academy initiative: onboarding new users, agreeing targets, tracking performance, cascading central updates, escalation point.
• OWNED MEDIA - Accountable for the ongoing delivery of activities across NESCAFÉ brand website, CRM, SEO and social media/community management, and integration of these into wider NESCAFÉ brand marketing plans to ensure a joined up experience for the consumer.
• CONTENT - Ensure that the category aligns to Nestlé content operating model for producing content
• ECOMMERCE - Input into the category ecommerce strategy and partner across functional teams to ensure maximum brand impact and performance across eContent, search, ratings & reviews on the digital shelf across all priority ecommerce models (Clicks & Mortar, D2C, Pure Player)
• MEDIA PLANNING - Consult on NESCAFÉ brand plans to ensure audience first approach and digital media best practice is properly embedded into campaigns in order to deliver against business and brand objectives
• TEST & LEARN - Drive the digital test & learn agenda and consolidate activities (data, media, technology, ecommerce) across the Marketing Team to roll up in to NIM plan
What will make you successful
The successful candidate will have experience in & a proven track record of creating and delivering engaging campaigns, building impactful media plans, driving innovation, and generating conversions/leads/sales You will have a background in leadership within marketing and able to demonstrate a strategic mindset.
You will also have:
• A broad range of functional digital knowledge across a number of areas, i.e. SEO, PPC, display, video, social media, ecommerce, content marketing, CRM, UX/UI, website management.
• Experience of optimising and testing through analysis of user behaviour and digital performance.
• People leadership and team management.
• A solid commercial understanding.
• Evidence of cross-functional working and collaboration to achieve results.
