Position Summary

We’re looking for an Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for ensuring the breeder digital and event channel strategies are activated with excellence.

A day in the life of an Digital Marketing Executive...

Key responsibilities will include:

•    Creation and management of monthly digital trading activities (email, website banners etc) and campaigns to aid with conversion and retention 
•    Working closely with key partners including Kennel Club to ensure all marketing activities across their on and offline media channels are fully optimised
•    Monitoring and optimising current eCRM flow across both breeder sites
•    Supporting the breeder managers on contact strategy through campaign development and ad hoc emails.  
•    Assist breeder managers with any event related materials and support 
•    Delivering continuous insight through channel performance monitoring using internal reports, Google Analytics and Tableau
•    Management of the Breeder monthly PFME budget phasing and forecasting, working closely with SO&E PFME Coordinator to ensure stay within the +/-5% tolerance each month
•    Working closely with the D2C Team to ensure Breeder Platforms are up to date, optimised, and continue to offer excellent brand experiences, and are 'fit for function'. 
•    Providing ongoing administrative support when needed across the wider advocacy channel (Vet & Breeder) to maximise skills and output across the wider team

What will make you successful

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver exceptional results. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You will have cross-functional experience across multiple disciplines such as sales, marketing, ecommerce, logistics, and data analysis would be advantageous. You will have the ability to use photoshop or illustrator would be advantageous although not a necessity.

You will also have:

•    Ability to quickly embrace an agile mindset
•    Strong organisational and time management skills
•    Have the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally within matrix/hybrid/multifunctional teams
•    Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
•    Have the ability to solve challenges rapidly and often creatively
•    Experience with Photoshop/Illustrator would be a plus
