Position Summary

The Nespresso Team are looking for a talented eCommerce Project Manager who will manage the delivery of key projects working across virtual teams within the UKI business.

They will:

Form, manage and deliver key projects across, eRetail, Digital Experience for our B2C and B2B teams.
Work with our newly formed PMO Team to ensure cross channel communication of project status within the portfolio
Be specifically accountable for the delivery of the new NEXT website and app platform for B2B and B2C in conjunction with our HQ teams and their roadmap

A day in the life of...

As an eCommerce Project Manager at Nespresso you will be responsible for forming, managing and delivering key projects across, eRetail, Digital Experience for our B2C and B2B teams. This will involve: 

  • Accountability for the setup, communication and day to day management of projects as specified.
  • Setup - clear ownership, RACI and timelines setup with required approvals
  • Communication - devising and leading communication on a regular basis for key stakeholders and leadership teams on project status, risks, opportunities with RAG status
  • Working with our newly formed PMO Team to ensure cross channel communication of project status within the portfolio including agreeing the reporting cycle and inputting/ supporting in PMO Process and comms
     

What will make you successful

The successful candidate will bring with them solid experience in project management specifically with platform migration experience. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences including product owners, managers, and subject matter experts. They will also have:

  • Strong problem solving skills – detail-oriented, creative, practical
  • A strong background in Digital, e-commerce and Marketing
  • An understanding of the online acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites.
  • Knowledge in Drupal, HTML, CSS, Javascript, experience across multiple CMS & photoshop tools. Acquia preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
