• Train and validate end‑user competency on DMO functionality by creating clear, simplified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned product areas. Provide coaching and guidance to operators, supervisors, and key users to support digital capability building, standard work execution, and data‑driven decision making.

• Develop and sustain super‑user capability to build technical depth and support an operator‑centric manufacturing environment. Enable Total Performance Management (TPM) and Key Standard Routine (KSR) execution through digital tools, including configuration, data visibility, and coaching support for step progression, loss analysis, and standard adherence.

• In collaboration with cross‑functional teams, lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize DMO modules through analysis and delivery of user‑friendly dashboards and data reports.

• Identify opportunities for improvement, including functionality gaps, troubleshooting needs, and process automation. Contribute to execution of the site digital roadmap, balancing new capability deployment with sustainment, technical debt, and operator‑centric improvements, including opportunities enabled through machine learning tools.

• Provide visibility and clarity on execution plans and resource requirements through effective documentation, issue logs, and project management tools.

• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues, defects, and enhancement needs within DMO, coordinating with cross‑functional partners to develop solutions, implement contingency measures, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
