Job Title: Assistant Manager – E-Content & Analytics, E-commerce Marketing
Location: Gurugram

 

Main Purpose of Job

Drive best-in-class E-commerce content and digital shelf execution across brands and eRetailer platforms, while leveraging data and analytics to generate actionable insights that improve visibility, conversion and overall E-commerce performance. Partner with Brand, E-commerce, Sales/KAM and agency teams to strengthen content effectiveness, establish performance dashboards and embed data-led decision making within the E-commerce Marketing team.

Own and drive E-content excellence across key

Partner with Brand teams, agencies, KAMs and eRetailers to develop and deploy product titles, descriptions, images, videos, enhanced content and other digital assets.

% SKUs meeting defined content standards; on-time content deployment

Drive Digital Shelf excellence

Digital Shelf Score; Search Share/Visibility; Online Availability

Build and maintain E-commerce dashboards and reporting

Dashboard adoption; reporting accuracy and timeliness

Analyse E-commerce performance data to identify trends, gaps and growth opportunities across brands, categories, SKUs and eRetailers. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for E-commerce and Brand teams.

Actionable insights generated and implemented; improvement against identified opportunity areas

Analyse the effectiveness of E-commerce campaigns and activations in partnership with the E-commerce Marketing Manager, identifying drivers of performance and opportunities for optimisation.

Campaign effectiveness; ROAS; learnings implemented

Support NPD launches and E-commerce exclusive packs by ensuring content readiness, digital shelf visibility and performance tracking from launch.

% NPDs live with complete content on time; NPD online performance

Develop category and platform-level benchmarks and document learnings to establish E-commerce content and analytics best practices

Adoption of best practices; improvement in content/digital shelf KPIs

Work with internal and external data sources to improve the quality, consistency and usability of E-commerce data and reporting.

Data accuracy; reporting completeness

Identify opportunities to automate and simplify recurring E-commerce reports and analyses, enabling greater focus on insights and business actions.

Reduction in manual reporting; adoption of automated dashboards
