| Main Purpose of the Job:- | |||
| The Sales infodesk Analyst is responsible for executing end‑to‑end sales support activities that support commercial operations, incentive management, Scheme and Discount, and sales reporting. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of sales‑related operational outputs, enabling smooth order‑to‑cash execution and supporting Sales and Finance stakeholders. Sales infodesk is a core O2C service line, covering Daily sales reporting , sales excellence reporting, distribution drive updates, activity updates, Demand supply planning reporting, Invoice/RDBN reporting to all stakeholders and creation of scheme and discount |

| Key Responsibilities: List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose. | |||
| 1. Execute Sales infodesk activities across assigned markets or scopes 2. Perform daliy MIS reporting Sales, SEM & D&SP reports to all stakeholders 3. Support Scheme & Docount (VISA) creation and sales MIS preparation 4. Ensure first‑time‑right delivery of Sales & D&SP MIS outputs within defined SLAs 4. Maintain compliance with approval workflows, controls, and documentation standards 6. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and branch Info‑Desk teams for issue resolution 7. Support audits, reconciliations, and month‑end activities 8. Prepare working template and incorporate changes 9. Stakeholder Management and tracking , self audit of MIS reporting |

| Key Experience/ Education/Skillset: | |||

| Educational Qualification | Graduate in Commerce/Business/Finance. MBA preferred. | ||
| Experience | 2–5 years in Sales Admin, MIS Reporting, O2C, or FMCG Sales Support. | ||
| Exposure to Shared Services / GBS environment preferred. | |||
| Functional Skills | Strong understanding of sales systems and O2C processes. | ||
| Hands-on experience in SAP and downstream sales systems. | |||
| Technical Skills | Advanced Excel (Pivot, Dashboards, Automation). | ||
| Power BI for reporting and visualization. | |||
| Automation tools: Power Apps, Power Query, KNIME. | |||
| Data Skills | Data validation, reconciliation and reporting accuracy. | ||
| Ability to analyze data and provide business insights. | |||
| Process Knowledge | Understanding of scheme/discounts, retailer payouts, reporting cycles. | ||
| Knowledge of order management, credit control, supply chain linkage. | |||
| Exposure to BCP and process standardization. | |||
| Soft Skills | Strong communication and stakeholder management. | ||
| Escalation handling and resolution management. | |||
