Position summary
Are you passionate about combining creative design, social media and storytelling to build a compelling employer brand?
Nestlé is looking for a Creative Design Partner to translate employer-branding and recruitment priorities into distinctive, high-quality creative concepts and content. In this role, you will develop engaging digital and offline assets, manage Talent Attraction social media content and craft impactful copy that connects with priority talent audiences and supports recruitment campaigns.
This is an individual contributor position with regional and multi-market exposure, offering the opportunity to collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications and creative partners across a multicultural and matrixed environment.
A day in the life of a Creative Design Partner
Creative concept development and design
-
Translate campaign briefs, talent insights and business requirements into original creative concepts, visual identities, mood boards, storyboards and campaign ideas.

Design high-quality content for social media, career websites, recruitment campaigns, presentations, newsletters, employee advocacy initiatives, events, email marketing and videos.

Apply strong design principles across typography, layout, visual hierarchy, colour, composition and storytelling.

Ensure that creative content is accessible, suitable for the intended audience and aligned with brand standards.

Manage creative production from initial concept and revisions through to final artwork.

Maintain organised source files, reusable templates and an accessible creative asset library.
Social media management and content planning
-
Manage the day-to-day Talent Attraction social media calendar, publishing workflow and content coordination across priority platforms.

Adapt content and creative formats according to platform specifications, audience behaviour and relevant social media trends.
-
Monitor comments, messages and community conversations, coordinating accurate and timely responses with relevant stakeholders.
-
Review content performance and recommend creative improvements based on reach, engagement, click-through, conversion and audience insights.
Copywriting and employer-brand storytelling

Write clear, engaging and inclusive copy for social media posts, campaign headlines, job advertisements, career pages, newsletters, emailers, video scripts, employee stories and calls to action.

Adapt tone, message length and storytelling approach for different talent segments, markets and communication channels.

Maintain a consistent employer-brand voice across content and campaigns.

Proofread and edit content to ensure grammar, clarity, accuracy, inclusion and consistency.

Coordinate content localisation and translation with market stakeholders when required.
Collaboration and delivery

Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction, HR, Corporate Communications, employees, agencies and vendors to understand requirements and develop effective creative solutions.

Manage multiple creative briefs, priorities, feedback cycles and deadlines.

Communicate progress, dependencies and potential risks clearly to stakeholders.
-
Incorporate feedback constructively while maintaining creative quality, brand compliance and timely delivery.

Support the effective delivery of campaigns within the agreed scope and budget.
What will make you successful

At least seven years of hands-on experience in graphic design, creative design, social media content or a related discipline.

A strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development and execution across digital and offline formats.

Hands-on experience managing social media calendars, content publishing and community engagement.
-
Proven copywriting and editing capabilities across short-form and long-form content.
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
-
Experience using Canva and video-editing tools would be an advantage.

Experience creating platform-ready assets and adapting formats for different audiences and channels.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities, feedback cycles and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, HR communications or a related area would be preferred.

Understanding of employer branding, candidate journeys and recruitment-marketing principles.

Strong knowledge of brand identity, visual systems, typography, layout, accessibility and digital-design standards.
