Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT supply chain Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the functional and technical aspects of our platforms in SCM. Key Platform SAP WMS, SAP TMS, SAP Procurement/ Ariba, D&SP, SAP logistic
Years of experience: 4-10 years
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Incident support & resolution, change request and any new development related to SAP TMS, WMS, CS & Procurement.
- Understanding on the EDI process and IDOC based integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements.
- Understanding on the Plant creation, Distribution center configuration in SAP
- Understand the business supply chain process and able to map the technical requirement accordingly
- Understanding on SCM tool like ASRS, WES , Track & Trace, Control tower will add value
- Oversee the entire software development life cycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system failures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum availability.
- Conduct regular stand-ups and track progress of the tickets of various team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Strong proficiency as a Tech Lead or similar role, specifically in managing SAP TMS, SAP WMS, SAP Logistic & SAP Ariba, APO
- Experience in database management systems, such as MySQL.
- Familiarity with Web APIs & EDI process
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Basic understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including Agile and DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
